Whether the goal is to lose weight, increase strength and muscle, live a healthier lifestyle or target a specific health and fitness component, individuals can reach their goals by taking part in a variety of physical activities that all target different health and fitness areas. This programme is not just great to enhance physical fitness and health, it also has numerous benefits for mental health.
